About the role
The Clinical Advocate in the RespirTech business serves as a key liaison between internal operations, healthcare teams, and field sales, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional customer support, and efficient order processing. This role combines operational expertise with clinical documentation review responsibilities to support reimbursement, verify medical necessity, and ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards.
Then maybeResponsibilities
with ul list: - Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Healthcare Teams, and Sales, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional customer support, and timely resolution of order-related questions and issues. - Support end-to-end order processing by obtaining required documentation, providing order status updates, and delivering pipeline reporting and analytics to the field sales team. - Review medical records and clinical documentation to assess medical necessity and support reimbursement eligibility in accordance with payer requirements. - Partner with healthcare providers and internal teams to secure accurate documentation needed for order fulfillment, coverage determination, and payment source procurement. - Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and quality standards, including HIPAA, ACHC, contractual obligations, and standard operating procedures. Now Requirements: maybe combine experience/education. We have "You're The Right Fit If You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Support or equivalent, preferably in healthcare, health insurance, and/or durable medical equipment, with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree." Also "You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or an equivalent 6+ years of above related experience." Also "You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position." (but no specifics given; we can't invent details; we should not include a heading if content is just placeholder. Since they didn't list specifics, we might omit that sentence or incorporate as a note? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The sentence about physical/cognitive/environmental requirements is substantive but lacks detail; we could keep it as a paragraph under Requirements? It says "You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position." That's a statement but no list. It's still substantive (they require ability to meet those). We can include as a paragraph. Also "You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong writing ability with proper grammar and punctuation." That's more skill. We'll separate Skills. Skills: list: - Ability to read, interpret and review medical records. - Strong attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated superior customer service skills. - Ability to organize and prioritize workload. - Comfortable working across multiple applications and screens simultaneously to support efficient decision-making and productivity. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Outlook, Word and Excel. - Keyboard proficiency required. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong writing ability with proper grammar and punctuation. Now Benefits: from Philips Transparency Details: "Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more." We can list as ul. Pay: "$26.00-$40.00 per hour." plus note about actual base pay may vary etc. We should preserve that detail. So include paragraph. Schedule: "We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role." So schedule: in-person at least 3 days per week, full-time presence. We'll output asSchedule

We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal. We must not include application instructions. We must not include "About Philips" etc unless it's substantive? It's generic company description; could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Philips" is not explicitly listed but could be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO etc. However it's generic marketing; maybe we should keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; "About Philips" is not substantive to the job; it's company overview. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. Similarly "Philips Transparency Details" includes pay and benefits; we already extracted those. We must not include "Additional Information" about work authorization, relocation, etc. That's substantive? It's about eligibility; could be considered relevant. But it's not listed as a section heading we must include; we could incorporate into Requirements or a separate section like "Eligibility". However we only have predefined headings; we could put under Requirements or maybe a separate section not in list? The instruction: Use
