About the role
Charlie Health offers virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs in select states.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional medical services under the supervision of licensed physicians and clinicians.
- Participate in symptom improvement analysis, cohort-specific outcomes analysis, and higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
- Collaborate with patients and their primary care providers to ensure timely access to care.
- Ensure compliance with health plan’s timely access to care standards and balance billing protections.
- Share patient medical records with the patient's primary care provider as per the patient's preference.
Requirements
Must be a licensed physician or clinician affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in treating substance use disorders and/or eating disorders.
- Knowledge of health plan’s timely access to care standards and balance billing protections.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with patients and their primary care providers.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing self-reported outcomes data.
- Experience working with virtual care platforms.
