Clinical Administrative Analyst

About the role

The Clinical Administrative Analyst position at Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a full-time role located in Rutland, MA. The pay range for this position is $23.50 to $27.29 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit and track administrative tasks
• Develop and implement clinical projects
• Support during audits, accreditation, and licensing visits
• Navigate multiple electronic health record platforms (EHRs)
• Work closely with the Clinical and QI departments
• Interpret and enter data

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience (preferred) or High School diploma with four years’ experience
• Minimum two to four years’ clinical and/or administrative experience
• Basic understanding of clinical measures, documents, and outcomes
• Ability to read and interpret clinical data
• Pass 3 days of paid new hire orientation

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience (preferred) or High School diploma with four years’ experience
• Two to four years’ clinical and/or administrative experience
• Basic understanding of clinical measures, documents, and outcomes
• Ability to read and interpret clinical data
• Pass 3 days of paid new hire orientation

• Strong general computer and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail and deadlines

The pay range for this position is $23.50 to $27.29 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Schedule

This position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
