About the role

Cogent Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This position will contribute to the development of precision therapies for genetically defined diseases, particularly focusing on the advancement of bezuclastinib and other targeted therapies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the research and development of novel targeted therapies for genetically driven diseases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance drug discovery and development programs.
• Support the analysis and interpretation of data from preclinical and clinical studies.
• Participate in the preparation and review of scientific reports and presentations.

Requirements

• A PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or academia.
• Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, and cell biology.
• Experience with drug discovery and development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
