The Wellness Advocate role at Nutrition Nest at Preserve Life is ideal for someone passionate about nutrition, wellness, and longevity. This role involves being the friendly face greeting guests, guiding them through their experience, maintaining the wellness space, and supporting the clinic's smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and service orientation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all wellness areas
• Aid in light preparation and turnover of treatment or recovery rooms
• Share product knowledge and help guests choose supplements or wellness items
• Promote upcoming workshops, nutrition programs, or events
• Encourage lifestyle awareness rooted in health, mindfulness, and longevity
• Model wellness through your own enthusiasm and healthy habits
• Process payments and manage client scheduling software
• Support the Wellness Team with stocking, inventory, and client communication
• Maintain logs, checklists, and cleanliness standards throughout the clinic
• Work closely with RDNs, CNS, wellness advocate leads, and attendants to ensure seamless service
• Assist with special events, wellness talks, and seasonal promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for nutrition, wellness, and healthy living
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Willingness to learn about longevity, supplements, and integrative health
• Health coaching certification/licensure
• Experience with health coaching clients
