About the Role

Serves as the primary liaison between specialty physicians and patients, communicating treatment plans, assessing patient needs, and advising on recommended actions under physician guidance. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring initial on-site training and monthly on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and treatment options.
• Evaluate patient needs and provide appropriate guidance based on physician instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with valid Missouri RN licensure.
• 1-2 years of cardiology experience preferred, including hospital, ER, testing, or clinic settings.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred; must obtain ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, compassion, professionalism, and advocacy skills.
