Clinic Services Specialist 2 - Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and care
• Verifying insurance and handling patient registration
• Managing co-pay collections and balancing daily/weekly deposits
• Serving as a resource for colleagues and supporting front-office operations
• Assisting with limited coding and charge entry as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one year of health care experience or equivalent education in areas such as admitting, medical records, health information, or applicable clerical support
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Communications skills
• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
• BLS certification preferred

Pay Range: USD $21.25 - USD $30.39 /Hr.
