Clinic Services Representative
About the role
As a Clinic Services Rep, you will be a central figure in our ambulatory clinic, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. You will expertly manage calls, schedule appointments, room patients, and coordinate daily schedules, while also processing revenue, communicating test results, and warmly addressing patient concerns. Your work will continually leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety.

Responsibilities
- Manage calls and schedule appointments

Requirements
- Six (6) months customer service or medical setting experience or Associate degree
- Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients, and physicians
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
