Brief Description Clinic Scheduler, full-time – Care Resources Care Resources has a unique opportunity for a full-time Clinic Scheduler. This position is a key part of this awesome Care Resources team that continues to grow!! Care Resources is a community-based program for people 55 or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement. What Will You Do As The Clinic Scheduler Schedule outside provider appointments for the participants Schedule onsite specialty provider appointments Create referrals Request medical records and authorize services Skills To Be Successful Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability Self-directed and autonomous Ability to prioritize and multi-task Organized and detailed Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications Team player mentality Education And Experience Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Our ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical record computer systems and scheduling 1 to 2 years of general office processes, medical terminology knowledge is a plus Must have valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to make home visits Prefer 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population Hours Work a Monday - Friday schedule, 8am – 4:30pm If this feels like an exciting opportunity for the next step in your career, apply today!
