Clinic Sales & Experience Manager
Base Salary: $44,000 + uncapped commission. On-track earnings: $75,000–$95,000 in your first year.

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on closing deals, exceeding goals, and leading high-performing teams. This is a consultative sales leadership role where your primary focus will be converting qualified leads into clients, driving clinic revenue, and coaching others to sales success. Unlike many sales positions, there is no cold calling or prospecting required. Responsibilities
- Successfully execute established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—consulting, closing, and customer retention
- Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs (lead conversion, sold percentage, revenue, etc.) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients while educating them on laser hair removal
- Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions
- Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
- Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment
- Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
- Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
- Maintain discretion with confidential information
- Utilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and tracking sales performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening skills
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software
- High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
