Work Schedule
100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. This position is located at UW Health 9th Street Clinic, 209 9th Street.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (required)
- Must provide copy of high school diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained (required)
- Computer experience (required)
- 1 year of professional nursing experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification (required)
