About the role
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team.

- Maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 18 months professional nursing experience.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a graduate of an accredited registered nursing school, Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire, and 18 months professional nursing experience.
Skills
Skills required for this role include a strong understanding of the nursing process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This role is available on a per-diem basis.
