We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. Content: It starts with "Job Description At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center..." That's like an overview. Could be "About the role" or "About the organization". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections apply. We have: - Overview: "At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center, our people make us the very best for kids. Come cultivate your passion, purpose and professional development in an environment of excellence and inclusion, where team members are supported and deeply valued. Opportunities for career growth abound as we grow our services and spaces, including the cutting-edge Hubbard Center for Children. Join our highly engaged, caring team—and join us in providing brighter, healthier tomorrows for the children we serve. Children's is committed to diversity and inclusion. We are an equal opportunity employer including veterans and people with disabilities." This is generic fluff, but it's substantive about organization and mission. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Children's". The instruction says "About the role" is an example heading. We can use that. - Then "A Brief Overview Coordinates and delegates professional nursing care to patients in a variety of outpatient clinics throughout the Specialty Pediatric Center, through the use of nursing process and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Meets job specific standards and demonstrates competency in nursing skills specific to daily assignments identified by Nursing Manager." That's a summary of role. Could be part of About the role. - Then "Essential Functions" with a long list of duties. That's responsibilities. So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • items for each duty. - Then "Education Qualifications" etc. That's qualifications/requirements. We have Education Qualifications, Experience Qualifications, Licenses and Certifications. Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide. Probably "Qualifications" heading covering education, experience, licenses/certs. Or separate "Requirements" and "Qualifications"? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have one "Qualifications" section that includes education, experience, licenses/certs. - There's no explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule mentioned. So we should not include those sections. - Also there is a closing motivational statement: "Children’s is the very best for kids and the very best for your career! At Children’s, we put YOU first so together, we can improve the life of every child!" That's fluff; could be part of About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes "Children's is committed to diversity and inclusion. We are an equal opportunity employer including veterans and people with disabilities." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Children’s is the very best for kids and the very best for your career! At Children’s, we put YOU first so together, we can improve the life of every child!" That's also fluff but maybe okay as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate but it's promotional. Probably we can keep it as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details of essential functions exactly as given, but we can format as list items. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is not given explicitly; maybe it's implied "RN" or "Registered Nurse". Not needed. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

    About the role

At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center, our people make us the very best for kids.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Conducts holistic age-specific patient/family assessments upon visit according to defined standards.
    • Ongoing patient/family assessments/reassessments are completed according to the appropriate protocols and unit standard of care.
    • Collects and documents data related to patient’s physical, mental, developmental, emotional and social condition.
    • Demonstrates age-specific competency in assessment of patients by the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patients’ needs, knowledge of growth and development, and understanding the range of treatment needed by these patients.
    • Assesses family expectations for, and involvement in the assessment and continuous care or treatment of the patient.
    • Able to meet families’ expectations during their visit to the clinic.
    • Communicates plan of care to the patient/family so they can understand.
    • Able to identify/assess the need for MD involvement or a potential change in plan of care.
    • Ongoing patient/family assessments are completed according to protocol and unit standard of care.
    • Documentation and evaluation of nursing actions
    • Chart audits conducted meets JCAHO and organizational expectations. Must meet overall goal of 95% (FER, Clinic problem list, signatures, pain assessment etc).
    • Facilitates timely communication to/from patient/family and other healthcare disciplines; answers patient care related questions, requests etc. Phone calls are returned in the same business day received.
    • Reviews patient charts as assigned to facilitate coordination of care by assuring completion of tests, consultations and procedures, interdisciplinary follow-up and referrals as needed for the clinic visit.
    • Follows up on tests, lab results, thoroughly and within established time frames. Lab tests are followed up on within 48 hours after test results obtained.
    • Considers cultural, cognitive, emotional, and social influences on the patient/families ability and readiness to learn. All teaching is documented on the FER to include understanding of topics taught.
    • Provider Support
    • Gathers patient information in a timely, concise, thorough manner and conveys this to the MD.
    • Assists MD in clinic to maintain a good workflow and meet expectations of customers in relation to being on time.
    • Demonstrates effective delegation techniques.
    • Performs special tasks, procedures within the scope of practice for an RN that is unique to Ambulatory Care clinics i.e. (database entry, scheduling of special procedures, as well as assisting in special procedures, inpatient role, case management, and education/teaching).
    • Completes with expertise, timely, organized and with detail.
    • Communicates effectively through written documentation or verbally to appropriate individuals.
    • Coordinates patient care to ensure continuity of care.
But note some items are weird: "Documentation and evaluation of nursing actions" is a sentence fragment; we keep as is. Also "Provider Support" appears as a heading inside list; we could keep as list item. Now Qualifications: We have Education Qualifications: Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required Experience Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Incumbents with less than 1 year of RN experience must commit to work full time in a Nurse Residency Program Required and Experience with pediatric patients Preferred and Previous experience with EPIC Preferred Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required and CPN - Certified Pediatric Nurse Upon Hire Preferred We need to preserve all details. We'll format as list items. We could group into subheadings? But instruction says prefer few sections; we can just list all qualifications as list items. Thus:

    Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required
    • Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Incumbents with less than 1 year of RN experience must commit to work full time in a Nurse Residency Program Required
    • Experience with pediatric patients Preferred
    • Previous experience with EPIC Preferred
    • Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Upon Hire Required
    • Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
    • CPN - Certified Pediatric Nurse Upon Hire Preferred
We should not include the fluff closing statement? It's not boilerplate; it's motivational. Could be part of About the role. We'll add a paragraph after the overview. Thus final HTML fragment:

    About the role

At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center, our people make us the very best for kids.

Children’s is the very best for kids and the very best for your career! At Children’s, we put YOU first so together, we can improve the life of every child!

Then Responsibilities, Qualifications. We must ensure we didn't include EEO line. We removed it. Check for any other boilerplate: "Children's is committed to diversity and inclusion. We are an equal opportunity employer including veterans and people with disabilities." Removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "A Brief Overview Coordinates and delegates professional nursing care..." we didn't include that as separate; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. It's a brief overview of the role; we could add a paragraph after About the role before Responsibilities. Let's add it as a paragraph under About the role. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the fluff, second the brief overview. Let's craft:

At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center, our people make us the very best for kids.

A Brief Overview Coordinates and delegates professional nursing care to patients in a variety of outpatient clinics throughout the Specialty Pediatric Center, through the use of nursing process and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Meets job specific standards and demonstrates competency in nursing skills specific to daily assignments identified by Nursing Manager.

Children’s is the very best for kids and the very best for your career! At Children’s, we put YOU first so together, we can improve the life of every child!

Now Responsibilities list as above. Now Qualifications list. Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Ongoing patient/family assessments are completed according to protocol and unit standard of care." appears twice in
