Clinic Phlebotomist II

Job Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday 40hrs per week, varying hours, one Saturday a month. You will work at UW Health Newburg Rd. RequiredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience 3 years Phlebotomy experience. Required Licenses & Certifications Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. RequiredPhlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT).
