About the role
The Operator is responsible primarily for answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate department and/or person.
Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Providing customer service and interpersonal communication
- Handling multi-line telephone systems
- Performing minimal typing tasks at a speed of 35-40 words per minute
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous clinic experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with multi-line telephone systems
- Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)
