Clinic Office Assistant - Entry-Level Healthcare Job!

Responsibilities
- Sterilize instruments for clinic procedures.
- Change over frequently used clinical areas and ensure each room is replenished with supplies.
- Maintain an extensive inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with physicians, administration, supervisors, co-workers, and patients.
- Manage documents and materials in compliance with HIPAA and biohazard safety standards.
- Assist in observing patient condition and immediately communicate changes or concerns to Physician or Nurse Lead.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locations.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- CPR Certification.
- 1+ year of Nursing Assistant experience.

Pay
$17.00 - $19.00/hour.
