Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the patient's current health, manage anesthesia risks, and optimize their condition for safe surgery.
- Nurse practitioner reviews the medical history, conducts physical exams, and orders necessary tests.
- Identify and manage medical conditions that may impact surgical outcomes and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to surgeons, the anesthesiology team, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
Scheduling
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. No Weekends.

Located on the Indiana/Illinois border, just outside of the Chicagoland area, you will find the communities of Gary and Merrillville, Indiana.
