Schedule
- Shift: Day
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Authorized 80 hours bi-weekly
Responsibilities
- Patient preparation and assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries
- Perform various diagnostic tests
- Administer medications
- Provide patient education in the clinic
- Maintain equipment
- Act as a liaison between the physician and external agencies (hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other physician’s offices, and patients)
- Support other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR)
- Degree from an accredited institution
