Role Overview

The Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist oversees daily clinic operations, manages staff, and delivers personalized outpatient physical therapy care to diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using advanced software to measure patient outcomes.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Manage clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel duties.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive clinic culture and support professional growth.
• Actively pursue ongoing education through workshops, conferences, and community events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a PT.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
• Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact.
