Outpatient Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Jacksonville, FL Role Overview: Lead clinic operations, manage staff, and deliver exceptional patient-centered physical therapy services. Create individualized care plans, track outcomes, and ensure thorough documentation. Foster a collaborative and inclusive clinic culture while supporting professional growth through training, mentorship, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic cases.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.Utilize advanced tools for outcome measurement and documentation.Oversee daily clinic operations, including administrative, financial, and personnel tasks.Lead, support, and motivate the clinical team to maintain a positive environment.Engage in professional development activities and community involvement. Qualifications & Skills Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.Licensed or license-eligible as a PT.Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.Passion for growth, learning, and making an impact.
