Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

Job Title: Outpatient Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage outpatient clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel duties.Provide patient-centered physical therapy for diverse orthopedic and neurologic cases.Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.Monitor patient progress using advanced measurement tools and ensure thorough documentation.Support and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and positive clinic culture.Engage in professional development through workshops, conferences, and community activities. Qualifications & Skills Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.Licensed or license-eligible as a PT.Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact. Key Duties & Work Environment Manage a 45-hour work week comprising 35 hours of patient treatment and 10 hours of administrative tasks.Utilize technology, including EMR automation and AI tools, to enhance efficiency.Lead a diverse team while delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting.
