About the Role

The Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist leads outpatient clinics, providing patient-centered care, managing daily operations, and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy to diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tracking outcomes with advanced tools.
• Complete thorough documentation for all patient evaluations and treatments.
• Oversee clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel management.
• Lead and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Support professional growth through workshops, mentorship, and community engagement.
• Lead clinical services, manage operations, foster team development, and ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum one year of PT experience.
• Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact.

Schedule

Flexible schedule of 45 hours per week (35 treating, 10 administrative).
