About the Role

The Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist oversees outpatient clinic operations, leads a diverse team, and provides patient-centered physical therapy care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic needs.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including administrative, financial, and personnel duties.
• Track patient progress using outcome measurement tools and ensure thorough documentation.
• Lead, support, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
• Passion for learning, growth, and making a positive impact.

Schedule

45-hour work week with a mix of patient care and administrative duties.
