About the role

We are seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead outpatient physical therapy services, manage daily clinic operations, and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic cases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Track progress with advanced measurement tools and ensure thorough documentation.
• Oversee clinic operations, including administrative, financial, and personnel duties.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Engage in professional development through workshops, conferences, and community activities.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a PT.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience.

Schedule
