Benefits Offered: Medical, Vision, Life, Dental, 12 Holidays, 56 hours Sick, 2 weeks’ Vacation!Salary Range: $80,000/yr - $110,000/yr Shift: M-F - 7AM-6PM (8 Hour Shift) Location: Huntington Park, CA Job Requirements for Clinic Manager:Minimum of three years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare experienceFQHC / Non-profit experience as a supervisorRecent primary care or multi specialty experience requiredExperience in general practice / multi-specialty clinical settingsPrevious work in clinic business management, clinic financial management, clinic operations, and clinic facility managementKnowledge of payor programs which include, but not limited to Medi-cal, Medicare, MHLA, CHDP, CPSP, and Family PACTPrevious clinic background at Medical Assistant level or above (MA -Lead, LVN, RN). Must be able to perform hands-on back-office duties such as vitals, injections, bloods, etc. High School Diploma is requiredExperience with EMR software is requiredReferral Bonus:Referrals really pay off!
