Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations.
- Oversee patients flow from check-in to check-out, minimizing wait times.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team.
- Manage specialized Orthopaedic inventory.
- Cover absent employees from all departments.
- Maintain clinic efficiency starting at the front desk.
- Solve problems presented at the front desk regarding referrals, change of insurance, missing x-rays, and upset patients.
- Interact with other medical offices, clinical staff, patients, medical groups, adjustors, nurse case managers, hospitals, primary care Physicians and their offices.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach and supervise all clinical employees.
- Monitor and develop employee’s performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and performance evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
- Maintain a high standard of appearance, patient experience, and service in employees.

Skills And Education Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of clinical, nursing, or orthopaedics, clinical experience required. Or 2-5 years of in a lead or leadership role in an orthopaedics or surgical setting required.
- Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks, such as updating patient records and or creating an efficient schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time well, while working in a fast-paced work environment. Proficient in all Microsoft Certificates.
Required Certificates
- Certified Orthopaedic Nurse (ONC), certifications a plus.
Pre-employment Requirements
- Submit and obtain a negative result in the pre-employment drug screening.
- Pass a background check.
