Clinic Manager

About the role

Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine is seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to join our team. The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations and patient care processes, leads and manages a team of clinical and administrative staff, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices, optimizes patient flow and clinic efficiency, monitors financial performance, manages budgets, and maintains cost control. The role also involves driving patient satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and staff development programs. The Clinic Manager attends clinic, leadership, and provider meetings as required and stays updated with healthcare advancements to integrate new technologies into the clinic’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient care processes
• Lead and manage a team of clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Optimize patient flow and improve clinic efficiency
• Maintain financial performance, manage budgets, and maintain cost control
• Drive patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
• Attend clinic, leadership, and provider meetings as required
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare advancements and integrate new technologies into the clinic’s operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in clinic or healthcare management
• Medical Assistant Experience (preferred)

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certificate
• Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
