Clinical Responsibilities
- Start IVs and administer infusion therapies
- Monitor clients throughout treatments
- Document care accurately in EMR
- Ensure all treatments meet state and professional standards
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support clinical staff
- Aid in hiring, onboarding, and training
- Monitor staff performance and set development goals
- Resolve team conflicts professionally
- Maintain a positive, high-performance clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
- Licensure: RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT-I, or Advanced EMT (active license)
- Experience: 2+ years of IV or vascular access experience, 2+ years of leadership or management in healthcare
- Key Skills: Strong IV insertion and monitoring, excellent leadership and communication, customer-focused patient care approach, EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to mentor and develop staff
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts
Some weekend availability required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (100 lbs assisted)
- Ability to stand, bend, sit, and move for extended periods
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
