Clinic Director - Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance
Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments
Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications
Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications)
Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management
Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR
Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Mentor and develop your team — fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture focused on quality and care
Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance patient outcomes, retention, and clinic growth through superior service and medical excellence

Requirements

Active PA-C or NP license (required)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (women’s health, hormone therapy, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
Proficiency in EMR systems, charting, and compliance documentation
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care

Pay

$149,000 total starting annual compensation (base salary + guaranteed minimum clinic director bonus with uncapped potential)
