Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient team in Waco, Texas. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care
- Mentor and support therapists and clinic staff in their professional development
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, patients, and team members to drive outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians
- Support clinic growth initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
