Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Management and marketing experience preferred
- Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic performance, budgeting, and growth strategies
- Mentor Talent: Manage and develop a collaborative team of physical therapists and support staff
- Drive Active Care: Treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries in a vibrant, open-concept environment
- Build Community: Connect with local high schools, run clubs, and athletic organizations to grow the clinic's footprint
Pay
$5,000 sign-on bonus
