About the role

Empower Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Clinic Director or a Physical Therapist looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic outpatient setting in Downtown Phoenix.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize clinic operations and productivity through a performance-based bonus program.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient care standards are met.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, billing, and staff coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Physical Therapists.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities.
  • Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Very proficient teaching EMR software systems.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

Earn a competitive base salary of up to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience.

Schedule

Work a total of 11 months out of the year, giving you more time to savor life's moments.
