We are seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to lead our Lake St Louis Clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about excellence, committed to patient outcomes, and dedicated to advancing health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties in alignment with the organization's 8 Core Values.
  • Establish and uphold standards for patient experience, rehabilitation services, and professional communication.
  • Foster a positive clinic culture through strong leadership and clear communication of shared beliefs and values.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and maintained in compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Conduct regular concurrent and retrospective chart audits; lead staff development sessions focusing on patient case studies and clinical excellence.
  • Manage clinic expenses related to supplies, equipment, and staffing in consultation with the owner liaison.
  • Develop strategic goals and annual business plans for the clinic in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services and maintain a clinical schedule that meets productivity standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring effective communication with ownership and internal departments.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and collaborate with HR as needed.
  • Support business development and relationship-building with physicians, case managers, and other referral sources. Develop and execute quarterly outreach plans.
  • Contribute to company marketing and content efforts by submitting two blogs, articles, or patient stories per year.
  • Maintain balanced therapist caseloads and optimize clinic scheduling for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with employees, patients, and external partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead change within an organization.
  • Able to work independently and make sound, timely decisions.
  • Skilled in resolving customer or regulatory inquiries and maintaining professional composure.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid understanding of business operations within a physical therapy setting.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Missouri State PT License in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical physical therapy experience.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
