Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI’s mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
  • Meet or achieve operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and care standards.
  • Support change management efforts and act as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team.
  • Lead team development and manage the full employee performance cycle, including feedback discussions, annual reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources, including physicians.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible in the state of application).

$88,000.00 - $112,000.00 annually

Location: DeKalb, IL. Full-time position.
