Clinic Director I - Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) *Incentive Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Career development and career paths into expanded roles across operations and clinical leadership
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Physical, occupational, or speech therapy license required
• Experience leading a team of therapists
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of senior living communities and care coordination
