Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
- Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
- Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
- Career growth & cross-training

Qualifications
- Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
- Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
- A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

About the role
This position includes a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus to welcome you to the team and recognize the value you bring from day one.
This position is eligible for a Relocation Bonus of up to $8,000 depending on location.

$31.00 - $38.00 per hour
