Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Defines the budget and performance standards for the clinic and communicates them to staff.
• Utilizes knowledge of clinic policies, procedures, and systems.
• Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising.
• Works effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public, and external agencies.
• Gathers and interprets data in a physician office setting.
• Exercises independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
