Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Taking a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives the care that is unique to their goals and objectives.
• Provide input on clinic location and clinic layout if opening a new clinic.
• Manage productivity and define clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
• Oversee scheduling and treatments to enhance the patient's experience.
• Manage the clinic budget to support the clinic's financial health.
• Ensure the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
• Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.
• Desire to own/run clinic with 5+ years of proven experience in exceptional patient care.
• Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist.
• Commitment to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.
