Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Grow, develop, and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
• Provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.
• Hire and manage the right staff.
• Support the Marketing Reps and fellow clinics' marketing initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources.
• Oversee scheduling and treatments to enhance the patient's experience.
• Manage productivity and define clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
• Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.
• Desire to own/run clinic with 5+ years of proven experience in exceptional patient care.
• Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist.
