Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations including patient care, employee management, and administrative duties to ensure high-quality patient care and meet financial goals
• Plan annual goals and objectives for office operations and identify required resources (staff, equipment, funds)
• Carry a full patient load as set by productivity standards
• Monitor clinic financial and statistical information; modify procedures and implement changes to meet goals
• Direct marketing efforts and attend community/industry events to increase clinic awareness
• Hire qualified staff to support clinic needs (requires Regional Director approval for hiring/termination)
• Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures
• Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure compliance with company requirements and policies
• Delegate administrative duties to staff and provide instruction as needed
• Monitor clinic procedures, resolve problems through collaboration, and implement changes
• Resolve operational problems related to customer service, patient issues, accounting procedures, staff issues, and computer systems
• Manage clinic supply ordering, budgets, and expenses
• Attend all company meetings (e.g., quarterly Director Meetings)
• Oversee employee work/vacation schedules to meet staffing needs per company policy
• Coordinate financially responsible fill-in staff where appropriate
• Complete annual reviews for staff
• Communicate regularly with the Regional Director

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New Jersey
• CPR and first aid certification required
