Clinic: Spine & Sport Physical Therapy – Oceanside, 2335 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA 92606. Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands operate outpatient orthopedic clinics across the San Diego area.

About the role

PRN brings together trusted PT brands across the West and Central U.S., focused on personalized care, smart clinical insight, and supporting every patient from start to finish. We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Clinic Director to lead a single clinic and own core business and performance outcomes. The Clinic Director oversees all aspects of clinic operations — staff management, scheduling, budgeting, patient flow — and drives clinic growth, profitability, and patient satisfaction. This role sets annual goals, manages budgets, implements improvement strategies, fosters a positive clinic culture, resolves operational challenges, and facilitates effective communication among team members. It offers a foundation for future leadership growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth, drive clinic processes, and adjust approach based on evolving inputs (e.g., staffing mix, DUPV, specialties offered)
• Resolve issues in scheduling and/or documentation of clinician or support staffing
• Set annual clinic goals and budget
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles from personal and team goal attainment
• Facilitate referral relationships while including team members as growth opportunities
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development teams about referral trends or gaps
• Review financial reporting and make real‑time corrective adjustments (e.g., bad debt, no‑shows)
• Establish employee‑friendly clinic culture through 1:1 and team meetings to motivate, engage, and grow staff
• Reinforce policies and celebrate team wins
• Escalate issues promptly and use available tools (dashboards, EHR) to determine proper course of action
• Make staffing decisions based on business input

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PTA/OTA program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications required by state regulations
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred)
• Established list of strong referral sources within the community (preferred)

Pay

• Base salary: $95,000 – $125,000
• Quarterly Clinic Director incentives
• Student loan repayment up to $25,000
• Relocation / sign‑on bonus for eligible locations
