About the role
Manage and oversee clinic and staff.
Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.
Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.
Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patient caseload.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document all treatments accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.
- Ensure proper discharge planning and patient follow-up.
- Supervise and manage support staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe clinic environment.
Requirements
- California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist.
- At least 2 years of clinical outpatient physical therapy experience.
- PREFERRED: Some management experience.

- Manual/Functional focused therapy skills.
- Acute and Chronic Rehabilitation expertise.
- Pre- & Post-Operative Care knowledge.
- Return to Sport Rehabilitation skills.
- Return to Work Programs understanding.
- Specialty Practice knowledge.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in manual and functional therapy techniques.
- Knowledge of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation.

Pay
Starting salary at $95,000 up to $110,000 plus monthly incentive to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.
