Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient focused team.
• Continually strengthen your leadership capabilities through our fully paid training program!
• Provide direct patient care while leading the team.
• Manage clinic operations, overall patient, and employee satisfaction.
• Evaluate and treat patients.
• Oversee clinic staff consisting of another PT and a front office Care Coordinator.
• Coordinate staff vacations, coverage, staff scheduling, and staff management.
• Oversee financial/fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Idaho.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Pay

$95,000 - $110,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives.
