About the role
I Am Boundless is seeking a Clinic Director to lead the management and operations within the center-based program, providing educational and behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health diagnoses. The ideal candidate will also manage and train staff, oversee the integrated care model, and ensure quality care is provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide educational and behavioral health services using Trauma Informed Care principles and evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Skill-Based Treatment.
- Facilitate quality care and address barriers through collaboration with clients, parents/guardians, staff, and community partners.
- Train and supervise Behavior Specialists/Analysts, Clinic Coordinators, and the center-based team to ensure quality care is provided.
- Ensure provision of high-quality services in a fiscally responsible manner, adhering to company's mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee data tracking, best practices implementation, and a safe, fun working environment for all staff and individuals in the program.
- Ensure the emotional and social needs of clients are met and maintained on an individualized basis, in accordance with policies and procedures, and current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field required.
- Five or more years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and intensive behavioral health needs and support.
- Three or more years of experience in the provision of educational and/or behavioral health services to individuals with co-occurring diagnoses of intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health issues.
- Minimum of five years of supervisory and management experience in the human service or health care industry, including performance management, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management.
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for education, behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability, and autism.
- Experience with a variety of funding sources.
- Licensure/Certification: First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing BCBA certification preferred.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with compliance and quality initiatives preferred.
