Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining a reduced leadership caseload
- Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes
- Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians and support staff
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and team performance
- Manage clinic financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational goals
- Foster physician, employer, and community relationships to support clinic growth
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous leadership, mentoring, clinical instructor, or supervisory experience preferred
- Passion for team development, patient care excellence, and clinic growth
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred

Pay
$92,500–$110,000 plus productivity incentives. Additional compensation opportunities for specialty certifications and location differentials.
