Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI’s mission, fostering a culture of high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time‑off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals such as productivity, patient scheduling, and care standards while driving positive patient outcomes.
• Support, lead, and communicate change‑management efforts, acting as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team.
• Support team development and manage the full employee performance cycle (regular feedback, annual reviews, performance improvement plans).
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome‑focused treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources, including referring physicians.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current professional licensure (or license‑eligible status) as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.

Pay

Salary range: $93,142 – $128,071 annually.

Location: Springfield, Virginia, USA (Full‑time, Outpatient Rehab – Clinical Licensed Staff).
