About the role

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. We deliver play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including ABA, OT, and Speech. As the ABA Site Director, you will lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our Chantilly Learning Center, shaping its culture, developing exceptional clinicians, and delivering outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Pay

Earn $99,000–$118,000 plus a performance bonus that can bring total compensation to over $155,000.
