About the role

BrightBridge ABA is a family-owned agency on a mission to make a real difference. We provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy that empowers children and families to thrive.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinic team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
  • Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
  • Support skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members.
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for clients.
  • Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children, especially in ABA or early intervention, preferred
  • Bilingual abilities, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans with fidelity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.
  • Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
  • Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 25 - 28 USD per hour (Clemmons clinic)
