About the role
The Clinic Administrator will plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives. Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.
- Work closely with the Managing Physicians to support the clinic's operational goals.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including patients, physicians, and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management/administrative experience
- 1+ years of experience as a coordinator, project manager or supervisor
- (Advanced degree in Business and/or Healthcare Administration will count equal to one year of supervisory/management experience)
- Demonstrated experience with solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Experience in management of minimum 7 providers at assigned clinic
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
Qualifications

Pay
The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
