Clinic Administrative assistant
Overview
The role of a Clinic Administrative Assistant at Fresenius Medical Care involves performing a variety of basic and routine clerical and secretarial duties in a clinical environment. This includes preparing and typing correspondence, answering phones, greeting visitors and patients, setting up and maintaining filing systems, completing forms and reports, making copies, preparing purchase orders, assisting with accounts receivable and payable, distributing mail, maintaining calendars and schedules, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, assisting with personnel administrative functions, and supporting various departments.
Success Profile
A successful Clinic Administrative Assistant must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, preferably with an Associate degree or secretarial school. They should have experience working with computers, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess good verbal communication skills. A pleasant telephone manner is also required.
